We ship our stands daily from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship internationally to any place. Whether you are in New York, Amsterdam or Barcelona. We personally make sure you get your own STEYG stand.

Delivery time depends on the destination but in general it is:
Netherlands: 1 - 2 days
Within Europe: 2 - 7 days
Outside Europe: ~7 days

During checkout you can select your preferred payment method. Currently we fully support the following payment methods: PayPal, iDeal Visa/MasterCard, Maestro, CarteBlue, PostePay, Sofortbanking iDeal, Giropay, BanContact/MrCash, international bank transfer.

Except bank transfer and PayPal eCheck, all payment methods enable direct payment. With direct payment, your payment is received directly after checkout. In that case your order will be shipped on the same day.

How do I track my order?
After placing an order at you will receive automatically an email with an order confirmation. Depending on your selected payment method you will get automatically a status update by email. After your order has been shipped you can track your shipment with the provided tracking number.

What is your product availability?
For all products we have a stock indicator. If the product indicator is zero, ordering the product will be disabled. Our warehouse will be automatically notified and manufacturing of new products will be immediately initiated.

What is the return/exchange policy?
If the product is defective, you can contact our customer service for a return or exchange. We do 100% re-fund.

Is ordering safe?
When personal information is exchanged at our website, you will see HTTPS behind the URL. This means the exchange goes through a SSL secured connection.This ensures protection of your personal data. STEYG will never inform/sell third parties with your personal information. Personal information will only be used to complete your order and to make sure your order is correctly shipped.

What is my warranty?
On all our products you have 1 year warranty.
